Dehomis The Japanese Food Truck Owned By Hitomi


Featured on the right is a Japanese food truck Dehomis owned by Hitomi Abe.   Hitomi is from Japan and has been running Dehomis for almost three years now. 




Hitomi begins making gyoza one of her specialties. Gyoza is a traditional Japanese dish similar to a potsticker. 


Hitomi puts the gyoza in to a device similar to a pressure cooker. As she cooks she's shares about her trip back to Japan this past January.


Hitomi brings the gyoza out of the cooker and puts them on some rice.

The finished gyoza sits as a testament to Hitomi's careful work. Hitomi said this is one of her most popular dishes and she is happy to share her food with others.

Netflix Originals are initially thought of as low-budget fillers for the organization. However, they have recently gained higher viewership therefore resulted in the organization to drop over an expected $15 billion this year on original content according to Hernandez from Tech Aeris. Seeking Discomfort

I often think that the  human experience  is oppressed by false and debilitating claims created to scare one out of expanding outside of their comfort zone.  “Don’t talk to strangers”, “That career goal is unrealistic”, “You should not travel.
